2. Log Files
When you access our website www.media-control.de, the browser used on your end device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is automatically collected and stored until it is automatically deleted: – IP address of the requesting computer, – date and time of access, – name and URL of the retrieved file, – website from which access is made (referrer URL), – browser used and, where applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider. When you access our website, we use cookies and analytics services. We also use social networks. a) Cookies On our website we use cookies, i.e. files that your browser creates without any action on your part and that are stored on the end device you are using (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you access our site. These cookies expire after 30 days and do not lead to personal identification. 10. Data Security
To secure data transmission during visits to the website, we use the well-known SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method with the highest encryption level supported by your browser. Browsers usually support 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. The encryption of individual web pages can be recognised by the closed key or padlock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.
